Television via Internet is coming like a tidal wave. However, technical solutions around speed for streaming live video is still in its infancy. The Artistes du Globem social network and prototype Art-Serve System is scheduled for completion in 2009.

When the system is complete, Artistes du Globe will enable customers to log into the web site, select and order various types of performances and the viewing files will be downloaded directly to your home for full resolution viewing at your convenience.

Customers require wired or wireless high-speed internet at the TV viewing area. The Artistes du Globe system will receive and store the performances and display them to the TV. You can view them as often as you like for three-days. Since the performances are stored, no bandwidth issues for streaming display are avoided.

The Art-Serve system focuses on still art and will display paintings or photos onto display screens around the home or office. You can rotate artworks and set up custom art sets of your favorites.

Artists and production companies can supply performances for inclusion on the Artistes du Globe system and earn a substantial portion of revenue from every performance viewed.
