We Take Content Security Seriously
Establishing a network connection to customer Media Centers is nothing new. Artistes du Globe built the video transmission on the remarkable Adobe Flash FMIS Interactive technology. It provides the high quality of variable-bit-rate HD video flowing in an encrypted stream. Only one Player can access the content, and it maintains communication with the Server to verify use. The web system itself also operates using SSL security from Network Solutions.
Any media ready computer provide our content and any broadband network content.
Many consumers have PC's connected with the entertainment center and the Internet.
In addition, newer TV's have internet connections and some processing power and will soon run the Adobe AIR application, which our Server already supports. This will provide even better streaming quality and security. They do not have internal hard drives, so storage of video is not possible, however, our Adobe Flash delivery system is destined to run a Flash Player and enable streaming of protected content directly to the TV. These products are just coming into reality and promise that Artistes du Globe content will reach virtually any device including TV's computers and mobile devices.

Dell has provided Artistes du Globe a great head start thanks to the belief of a VP that reports directly to Mr. Dell. They have provided at substantial discount a Dell R900 application server with four quad-core processors, 128 GB or RAM and five large fast database drives. This Server is connected to a Dell MD3000 Storage Array with 15 Terabytes of space to hold artistic content. Television via Internet is coming like a tidal wave.
There are two approaches to delivering videos, streaming and downloaded files. We intend to support variable bit-rate streaming, downloading later if even needed, and real time two-way streaming to support our virtual classroom/studio goals. While streaming video is still in its infancy, Artistes du Globe believes that the Adobe Flash and AIR strategy best fits our goals, including the secure protection of rights controlled content and the outstanding quality of the art itself. The Artistes du Globe social network and prototype Art-Serve System is scheduled for completion in Spring 2010.
When the system is complete, Artistes du Globe will enable customers to log into the web site, select and order various types of performances and the viewing files will be securely streamed or downloaded directly to your home for full resolution viewing on TVs computer screens and mobile devices - watch at your convenience.
Variable Bit-Rate Streaming for the highest user experience.
We have partnered with Adobe Systems around their FMIS FLASH Interactive technology. Because the Server is always communicating with the remote Flash Player, it can continually measure the latency, the time it takes for data to arrive. It uses this information to decide which of seven program versions stored on our server to provide end users the highest quality for the actual bandwidth, up to 1080p HD. It really does seamlessly transition between them and is designed to prevent "frame-drop".
Customers require wired or wireless high-speed internet at the TV viewing area, which can be done on a very small computer that uses the TV as its monitor. You can view them as many times over as many days the Producers have set. There is also Producer control over what countries the content can be streamed.
The Art-Serve system also focuses on still art and will display paintings or photos onto large wireless display screens around the home or office. You can rotate artworks and set up custom art sets of your favorites. The quality and diversity will be outstanding.
Artists and production companies can supply performances for inclusion on the Artistes du Globe system and earn a substantial portion of revenue from every performance viewed.
