Education in the arts is a cornerstone of Artistes du Globe's philosophy, so we enable many ways for artists, teachers and students to find each other without travel. Both on the Community and the Art-Serve On-Demand System, we give art schools and teachers exposure to an exciting world-stage and give students the ability to closely learn by enabling on-demand instruction, free or paid, demonstrations, discussions and examples from the finest the world has to offer.

The convergence of social networks, internet databases and HD displays offers an inspirational dimension to education about the arts and the business of arts.

It is first about artistic expression

We strongly believe in education for the arts in order to assure new generations of great artists, that nothing descends into obsurity, but rather expands in quality and public reach by leveraging emerging technologies. The Artistes du Globe endeavor is to enable a fusion of visual and performing art, art instruction, traditional and artistic education, and the artists themselves in a way that brings discovery and expertise to a whole new dimension. A new forum of awareness and instruction to perpetuate a personal journey. Art brings beauty of our culture and a refuge from harsher realities. We simply must inspire its thriving continuance for ourselves and society.

Art is also a business that is changing

With this convergence comes risk and we as the professionals and emerging professionals in the performing and visual arts have the opportunity to create the next great wave of art, connected deeply into our culture, and pay artists and creators of art in new and better ways by leveraging the convergence with web technologies.There are those in media and entertainment that will embrace Artistes du Globe and help to make the arts great again. There are others who will sense a loss of control when artists, producers, stakeholders and consumers come together and find a real solution that dis-intermediates them, and then an enabling technology platform and a robust on-line community of like minded people. We owe it to our teachers, students and future of the arts - for the masses - to engage these subjects and provide potential solutions now.

Young and old will connect with and learn from teachers and artists from around the globe, artistic forms and practice can be explored and shared like never before in the home or classroom.
